At Dixie Dawn Studio, a brand owned and operated by Dixie Canopy Collective, LLC, we are committed to delivering your artwork and products safely and efficiently. Because we offer both original artwork and custom-made print-on-demand products, shipping times may vary depending on the item ordered.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays.
Original artwork and print-on-demand products have different processing times, which are outlined below.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation. A second email containing tracking information will be sent once your order ships.
Original Artwork
Original paintings are carefully packaged by hand to help ensure they arrive safely.
Please allow 2–5 business days for processing before shipment.
Shipping times vary based on your location and the selected shipping method.
Each original artwork is packaged using protective materials appropriate for fine art shipping.
Print-on-Demand Products
Many of our products—including apparel, canvas prints, mugs, journals, tote bags, and other merchandise—are custom made after your order is placed through our trusted production partner.
Typical production time is 2–7 business days before shipping.
Once production is complete, your order will be shipped using the carrier selected by our fulfillment partner.
Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier but typically range from 3–7 business days within the United States.
During holidays or periods of high order volume, production and shipping may take longer.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple products, they may be produced at different facilities.
As a result, your order may arrive in separate packages on different dates.
This is normal and does not indicate that any items are missing.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on:
- Product type
- Package size and weight
- Shipping destination
- Carrier rates
Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before your order is finalized.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided during checkout.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
- Severe weather
- Carrier delays
- High seasonal order volume
- Supply chain disruptions
- Natural disasters
- Other unforeseen events
Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the damaged item
- Photos of the shipping packaging, if possible
If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please first contact the shipping carrier and check with neighbors or your local post office.
If you still need assistance, contact us and we will do our best to help investigate the issue.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available for select products.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country.
These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated.
