3. Original Fine Art
Original paintings offered by Dixie Dawn Studio are one-of-a-kind works of art.
While we strive to display colors accurately, actual colors may vary due to differences in monitors, mobile devices, browsers, lighting conditions, and printing processes.
Once an original artwork has been sold, it is no longer available unless specifically stated otherwise.
4. Canvas Prints & Print-on-Demand Products
Many of our products are custom made after an order is placed through our production partner, Printify.
Because these products are made to order:
- Production begins shortly after your order is submitted.
- Orders generally cannot be canceled once production has started.
- Minor variations in color, placement, texture, and size may occur due to the printing process.
- Product photographs are intended to represent the finished product as accurately as possible but may not be identical to the item you receive.
These natural variations are not considered defects.
5. Pricing and Product Availability
All prices are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, discontinue products, correct pricing errors, or cancel orders resulting from pricing or inventory inaccuracies.
If an order must be canceled due to an error, any payment received will be refunded.
6. Payments
Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party payment processors.
Dixie Canopy Collective, LLC does not store complete credit card information.
7. Shipping
Shipping estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed.
Production and delivery times may vary due to holidays, weather, supply chain disruptions, or carrier delays beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect addresses.
8. Returns and Refunds
Original artwork, custom prints, and print-on-demand merchandise are subject to our separate Refund & Return Policy.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly with photographs of the issue so we can evaluate your request.
9. User Content
If you submit reviews, comments, testimonials, photographs, or other content through this website or our social media pages, you grant Dixie Canopy Collective, LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, and display that content for marketing and business purposes unless prohibited by law.
You represent that any content you submit is your own and does not violate the rights of any third party.
